4Care Truly Blessed Foundation

CSR Partnerships

Put your Section 135 obligation to work where it changes the most lives — delivered on the ground, documented for your board.

For companies

An implementing partner you can account for

Section 135 of the Companies Act requires qualifying companies to spend 2% of average net profit on CSR, and Rule 4 lets that spend be delivered through a registered implementing agency. 4Care Truly Blessed Foundation works across Kanpur and Uttar Pradesh on education, health, nutrition and clean water — every one of them a Schedule VII activity.

We are a youth-led foundation, which means low overheads and volunteers who are from the communities we work in. What that buys you is a rupee that travels further, and a programme your team can visit any week of the year.

Where your CSR spend can go

Every activity below is one the Companies Act permits CSR funds to be booked against, and one we already run.

How it works

From first call to closing report

  1. 1

    We talk

You tell us the budget, the financial year it belongs to and what your board wants to see. We tell you honestly whether we are the right partner for it.

  2. 2

    We agree it in writing

A memorandum of understanding setting out the activity, the villages or schools covered, the milestones and the reporting dates. Nothing starts before it is signed.

  3. 3

    Funds transfer

By bank transfer to our designated account against an invoice. We issue an 80G receipt for every contribution, and the funds are tracked against your programme alone.

  4. 4

    We report

Progress against the agreed milestones, photographs, beneficiary numbers and utilisation certificates, timed so your CSR-2 filing and annual report have what they need.

Ready to fund

Projects a company could take on whole

Each of these is costed and already running. Funding one outright makes it yours to report on, and we will scope it to your budget and financial year.

Making the contribution

How CSR funds reach us

CSR contributions come to us by bank transfer against an invoice, under a memorandum of understanding signed before anything starts. They do not go through the donate button on this site — that is built for individual donors, and it cannot produce the memorandum, the invoice or the utilisation certificate your auditor and your CSR-2 filing will ask for.

Tell us what you have in mind using the form below. We reply within two working days with a written proposal, our registration certificates and our latest audited accounts — and the account details on the invoice itself.

What you receive for the spend

  • A signed memorandum of understanding — The activity, the schools or villages covered, the milestones and the reporting dates, agreed before the first rupee moves.
  • An invoice, and an 80G receipt against the transfer — Issued in your company's registered name, so the entry ties to your books.
  • A utilisation certificate — Certifying the funds were spent on the agreed activity — the document your auditor will look for.
  • Reporting timed to your filing — Progress against milestones, photographs and beneficiary numbers, in time for your board report and CSR-2.
  • A named contact — One person who answers, and who can arrange a site visit any week of the year.

Before you transfer: we never publish our bank details, and we never send changed account details by email alone. Confirm them by calling +919632504849 before releasing any payment.
